JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator
HOURS: 9:00 - 5:00, Monday to Thursday & 9am - 4pm on Fridays!
START: ASAP
SALARY: £28,000
LOCATION: Bournemouth

The role:
1. Assisting with customer enquiries through telephone and email
2. Processing and tracking customer orders
3. Problem solving complaints and customer issues
4. Collaborating with departments to assist with queries
5. Preparing customer documents and reports
6. Updating the in-house system with customer records
7. Providing a high level of administrative support
What You'll Bring:
1. Excellent communication and organisational skills
2. Previous experience within a fast paced customer service or administrative role
3. Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
4. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
5. Confident using Microsoft office
