Role: Procurement Manager

Location: Swindon (Hybrid)
Salary: £40k - £49k + Bonus + Package
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supplier Management: Develop and rationalise the supplier base, ensuring that our partnerships are strategically aligned with our sourcing goals in the UK, Europe, and internationally.
2. Category Planning: Manage both tactical and strategic category plans, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and effective procurement delivery.
3. End-to-End Tender Management: Lead and manage the full tender process (RFI/RFP), incorporating stakeholder requirements, business specifications, and key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
4. Contract Management: Support regular contract reviews, renewals, and negotiations, particularly for small to medium-sized projects, while providing commercial, contractual, and negotiation support across the Group.
5. Cost Reduction & Risk Mitigation: Contribute to the delivery of cost-saving initiatives and risk management strategies, ensuring effective control over annual category spend.
