Job Title: Contracts Manager – Cladding & Rainscreen Cladding\nLocation: Nationwide (Fortnightly visits to Manchester)\nSalary: £60,000 to £90,000 per annum + package\nContract Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\nAbout Us:\nWe are a leading specialist contractor in the building envelope sector, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality cladding and rainscreen cladding systems across commercial and residential projects nationwide. We are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring high standards of delivery, client satisfaction, and commercial performance.\n\nThe Role:\nAs Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the management and delivery of multiple cladding and rainscreen cladding projects across the UK. You will act as the key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
