As a Senior HR Advisor you will work closely with Directorates and Services providing professional and comprehensive HR expertise, utilising your experience to develop effective people focused outcomes. You will have HR experience of supporting the breadth of employee relations casework and effective management of your own workload. You will be able to demonstrate influencing and negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of up-to-date employment legislation and best practice people management. We are currently developing our 2025-2029 People Strategy and you will work collaboratively across the OD & HR service to support the delivery of this strategy throughout the organisation, enhancing our colleague experience and further embed our ‘One Council’ approach. In return you will be playing your part to make a difference to our colleague experience at a high performing Council.
