Competitive maternity & paternity leave and flexible return to work options Cycle to work scheme As a Contract Performance Analyst, your main duties are to monitor the performance of the Waste Management & Recycling Contractor to ensure compliance with the contract and effective performance, measured by the contract KPIs, is being achieved. This will require the completion of performance and financial audits to ensure appropriate levels of performance are delivered and that payment applications and any necessary adjustments are in line with the contract. We are looking for an individual who are able to confidently communicate with all areas of the business including significant liaison with Field Operations and externally with the Contractor. They will need to analyse significant quantities of data from both Southern Water’s systems and those of the Contractor in analysing and assessing performance. They will need to appreciate the operational, technical, and commercial implications of the Waste Management and Recycling Contract and any resultant impact on the assets and levels of service. Problem solving is a big part of this role, you will be required to work with the contractor to identify means of improving performance under the contract where this falls below expected levels. This will entail analysing current work practices and identifying opportunities for change and innovation to improve performance. This could include both work undertaken by Southern Water as well as the contractor.
