Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team in Ascot.
In this crucial role, you will provide essential support, ensuring the team functions efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Team by addressing queries promptly within set response times
Communicate updates to the Sales Team to ensure transparency throughout the business
Provide support for events, including budget management and raising POs
Ensure the Sales Team has the necessary equipment and documents, and assist with the delivery of these materials
Manage incentive-related tasks, including processing marketing orders and distributing marketing materials between departments
Coordinate and manage product returns efficiently
Handle payments, including deposits, refunds, and balancesWhat we are looking for:
Previous experience in an administrative position
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills

Contract: 9m FTC (MAT cover)
