My client has been at the heart of Ilford for over 60 years providing an excellent education for all young people that join their thriving institution. They are ambitious for their students, setting high aspirations in all that they do. They aim to ensure that students achieve the best exam results possible, have opportunities to develop their talents and aptitudes, and become confident young people who will step out to meet the challenges of the world today. They have an expanding and responsive curriculum aimed at enhancing choice and opportunity for students as they progress through the school from Year 7 to Year 13. Their teaching is both innovative and challenging both in content and delivery, and ICT is used throughout the school to bring the curriculum to life and to stimulate and engage students in their learning. The school makes good use of their facilities (including the Astro-turf pitch, pool, fitness suite and dance studio) and ensure that every child can be involved in the enrichment opportunities on offer.

3. Giving feedback and marking of books
4. Communicating with parents and carers as necessary
