Your Career
This role is designed to offer a pathway into a sales role based on performance. You will have the opportunity to manage relationships with our Global Sales Team and play a key role in generating pipeline and lead generation in the Irish market. Your career development will include advanced training in MHR’s products and systems, equipping you with the skills to succeed and grow within the business.
Your Team
As a key senior team member, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and supporting the Business Development Representatives (BDR) team. You will provide advanced product and systems knowledge, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office, to enhance team performance. By fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, you will contribute significantly to achieving shared objectives.
Your Impact
You will play a critical role in generating new business and customer leads within targeted markets. Through prospecting, nurturing, and engaging with potential customers by phone and other channels, you will effectively promote MHR’s portfolio and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth. Your efforts will ensure the delivery of high-quality leads to the sales funnel and contribute to the success of our business development strategy.
