As a BMS/HVAC Engineer in Ireland, you will be responsible for maintaining the systems to help keep buildings and facilities safe, secure, comfortable, and cost-efficient. This includes servicing critical building systems, such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, and energy management, while building relationships with customers to understand their needs. This is a field-based role covering clients in and around the region.

Key responsibilities
1. Operate, maintain, and interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems
2. Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects
3. Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks on controls systems
4. Continually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordingly
5. Develop and maintain the excellent customer relations already achieved on site
Key skills and qualifications
1. Experience within a similar role such as Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical and Electrical engineering
2. Ability and willingness to learn about new systems and operational procedures
3. A good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments
4. Ability to troubleshoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works effectively
5. Great communication skills, both written and verbal, to be able to compile and complete reports
