This full-time permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons that meet the diverse learning needs of students. You will work closely with other staff members, including teaching assistants, to create an inclusive and supportive environment where every student can thrive. This role provides excellent opportunities for professional development and career growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual learning needs of SEN students. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure a structured and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed. Build positive relationships with students, parents, and external professionals to support student well-being and academic success. Participate in school-wide initiatives to enhance the educational experience for all students. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience as an SEN Teacher or in a similar role is preferred. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and behaviour management. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
