TEXO Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of our Aberdeen-based client to recruit an Export Coordinator for a full-time, permanent role. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to coordinate shipments from start to finish, ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the team's overall success. Key Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding new clients and managing existing ones, ensuring smooth transitions and satisfaction with services Build and maintain strong relationships with core clients and work closely with the Sales team to achieve set goals Attend regular client meetings and provide ongoing support to the Export Team Book shipments with airlines, shipping lines and road transport companies Ensure accurate entry of consignment and client details into the system Process all relevant shipping documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, Bill of Lading, CMR and Standard Shipping Note Process customs declarations through ASM Sequoia software, adhering to HMRC regulations and destination-specific documentation requirements Ensure monthly KPIs are met, and billing requirements are completed in a timely manner Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss workload, issues, and opportunities Address day-to-day client and vendor issues, including NCRs, and feedback any operational challenges to management Ensure adherence to the Compliance Programme and Dangerous Goods procedures, working closely with the Export Manager and Regional Compliance Manager Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in export freight forwarding Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment High level of accuracy in checking and processing information Familiarity with Lloyds Loading List, OAG Flight Guide and Croner’s Export Guide Experience in handling Dangerous Goods Perks and Benefits: 33 days of annual leave 2x Death in Service (DIS) benefit Simply Health cash plan Discounts with Aberdein Considine To apply, call Kenna at TEXO Recruitment on 01224 446789 / 07826 989541 or email your CV to kenna.kirkwoodtexorecruitment.co.uk
