As we continue to evolve and scale, we're looking for a visionary Group Content Head to shape and lead our content strategy across markets and channels — turning storytelling into a powerful driver of our brand’s voice, business growth, and cultural influence.
Your Mission
As Group Content Head, you'll be at the heart of Insignia’s global brand voice. Reporting to the Group CMO, you'll oversee the creation and distribution of strategic, engaging, and innovative content that aligns with our brand values and speaks directly to our elite clientele.
This is a senior leadership position with the opportunity to define and deliver a unified content strategy across the entire Group — from digital marketing campaigns to premium printed materials, from internal communications to thought leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and lead a world-class, Group-wide content strategy across all markets and platforms (digital, print, social, video, web, PR, etc.)
2. Own and evolve the Insignia brand voice, tone, and messaging across business units
3. Manage and mentor a team of in-house writers, editors, designers, and agency partners
4. Oversee content planning, production, and distribution to ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment
5. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, Product, Client Services, and PR to amplify campaigns and business objectives
6. Develop thought leadership and executive positioning strategies, including speeches, op-eds, whitepapers, and keynote content
7. Establish content KPIs and measure impact, iterating based on analytics and audience insights
8. Ensure all content upholds the highest levels of confidentiality, cultural awareness, and luxury brand standards
About You
1. Proven experience in a senior content leadership role, ideally within luxury, financial services, or high-net-worth/ultra-high-net-worth sectors
2. A master storyteller and creative strategist with a sharp editorial eye
3. Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital content ecosystems, and global audience nuances
4. Exceptional leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on when needed
6. Adept at working in fast-paced, high-performance environments
7. Excellent command of English; additional languages a strong advantage
8. Comfortable navigating complex, multi-market, and regulated environments
