Client Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Manager to join the Team based at our site in Winsford.
Reporting to the Head of Client Relationships, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to a portfolio of clients, driving client satisfaction, and maintaining long term relationships that drive profit and growth for our business and clients alike.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Client Management & Services
Build and maintain positive working relationships with both new and current clients. Identifying growth opportunities within existing relationships
Competitor Analysis to determine opportunities / threats
Develop a relevant industry network and represent the business at industry, business, and client events
Be the point of escalation for service, dissatisfaction and complaint decisions
Ensure both the Company and Clients adhere to contract terms
Collaborate with all internal departments to successfully meet customer and client needs
Cross sell other elements of the SYNETIQ business through current relationships and possible opportunities
Assist with Finance reviews including debt management and the resolve of problem payments
Review KPI's and MI's to assess the service health and identify areas for improvement
Hold regular review meetings with Clients. Understanding the clients business objectives
Developing strategies to maximise client satisfaction and retention
Here's what you bring:
Strong communicator and highly experienced in building and maintaining trusted relationships
Good IT skills
Able to build an excellent rapport with our valued clients
Fleet (motor/Insurance) insight
Good knowledge of both Frontier and Vista
Knowledge on processing fines who we are legally allowed to provide information to and what information we have to redact
Broad knowledge of motor vehicles
