Overview The Amazon Fresh Marketing team is a centralized organization supporting Amazon Fresh and Grocery Partnerships at an international level. within this team, the Brand pillar drives our mission of becoming "the customer's most loved grocer, saving them time and money." We connect the business with customers through effective brand and creative strategies, enabling measurable brand and commercial growth. We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Manager to lead and execute our creative strategy. This role focuses on defining brand identity, overseeing high-quality content development, and enhancing creative automation. The Creative Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Amazon Fresh central and local Marketing teams and Amazon’s core Marketing team (XCM), to ensure brand consistency, effectiveness, and a data-driven approach in all creative efforts. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience in content development, asset production, creative automation, and process optimisation. This role can be based in one of our EU5 countries: the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, France, or Germany. You effectively translate brand vision into actionable creative strategies and have experience developing frameworks that streamline creative processes. You possess strong analytical skills and use data insights to refine and enhance creative outputs, maintaining high standards and consistency across markets. Key job responsibilities 1. Develop and execute creative strategies that bring the brand vision to life, aligning with business goals and enhancing customer engagement. 2. Oversee content creation primarily for mid- and low-funnel activations across EU5, collaborating closely with copywriters and designers. 3. Create master templates, standards, and workflows to support scalable, high-quality creative production using self-service graphic tools (e.g. Canva). 4. Manage the production and quality control of photography and motion assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to guidelines. 5. Establish and optimise an end-to-end creative development process, including briefing, reviews, QA, and audits, to ensure alignment across central and local stakeholders. 6. Implement a data-driven approach to evaluate creative performance, identify improvement areas, and conduct A/B testing to drive optimal results.
