Day to Day Responsibility:
1. Manage and maintain key accounts
2. Pro-actively seek new business opportunities through prospecting and managing leads
3. Ensure you meet and exceed agreed performance objectives & KPI's
4. Maximize sales by continually growing opportunities with upsell & cross selling skills
5. Update your sales pipeline every week
6. Manage all customer back orders and resources
7. Ensure you manage your CRM activities correctly
8. Ensure all customers are provided with accurate proposals, collateral, and other information as required
9. To abide by company processes and procedures
10. Build quality relationships with customers via email/telephone account management
11. Providing support to the Finance Manager where needed
12. To manage and look after any assigned company assets
13. To help with company improvements when/where possible
14. Attend vendor training and keep up to date with technologies
15. Report all positive calls to the Training and Development Director for training purposes
