THE ROLE The Senior People Advisor will be working closely with the Head of People, managing the daily People Operations, and supporting the delivery of some critical People projects part of the short-term strategy during this exciting time of rapid business growth. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring HR database is accurate and up-to-date Supporting with the collation of payroll information Managing employee lifecycle communication Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations Supporting with employee relations cases, where applicable Supporting with the review of People processes and creation of guidelines Supporting with the implementation of People projects (HRIS, recruitment guides, etc.)Uploading job descriptions on ATS and other recruitment platforms Advising hiring managers on the recruitment process and best practices Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants (employment contract, onboarding documentation, RTW, etc) DeMellier is committed to fostering a workplace that reflects the diversity of our amazing, global customer base.
