The Role
In this ranked Real Estate team, you will be engaged in some of the highest-quality work in the country. As a senior member of the team, you will be an integral member of the growth of the department and the development of junior team members.
You will work with esteemed colleagues across the country as you undertake varied real estate work such as negotiating contracts, the sale/purchase/lease of commercial property, advising on development agreements and much more. This work spans sectors from retail and logistics to build-to-rent and specialised commercial developments.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
* Negotiate, draft, finalise and execute contracts for property sales and leases.
* Review property titles and leases, providing clients with detailed reports.
* Draft and finalise lease agreements and other related property management contracts.
* Prepare Development Agreements through negotiation and drafting.
* Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients and agents for long-term collaboration.
* Assist with initiatives aimed at driving business growth within the division.

The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Real Estate Lawyer with 6+ years of PQE experience
* Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike
* Ability to mentor junior lawyers and take a lead in the development of their career
* Capable of undertaking business development activity
* Have a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
