Recruitment Resourcer and Social Media Marketing Lead
Our established client based in the West Midlands is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with their in-house Design & Website Manager, Video Producer, Telemarketers, and other members of the Marketing team to support the Company’s growth plans and drive opportunity.
Marketing Manager Main Areas of Responsibility:
* Develop and deliver marketing campaigns that drive opportunity generation and/or customer retention.
* In conjunction with other members of the team, develop and deliver content to drive inbound marketing.
* Support the development of industry-specific marketing plans and ensure their timely execution.
* Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Sales Director to develop new growth opportunities.
* Provide regular reporting on the progress of campaigns, content creation, and demand generation results.
* Support the rest of the marketing, sales, and management team as required.
Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of 4+ years of marketing ERP solutions to the manufacturing and distribution industry.
* Experience delivering marketing results across a variety of mediums.
* Experience using various marketing software such as email marketing, CRM, and CMS Software.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Confident, trustworthy, and reliable personality to voice your opinion.
* Strong written and verbal communications with demonstrable experience of writing copy on B2B subjects.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and self-manage.
* Strong attention to detail.
