SF Recruitment are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client's team in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual with expertise in end-to-end accounts payable processes to secure a permanent role in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process.
Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Payment runs
Bank reconciliations
Responding to supplier queries and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a sole position
Proven experience in end-to-end accounts payable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
