Job Title:
A Business Development Manager is required to cover the North Midlands Region, specializing in the sales of Gaskets, Seals, Rubber & Plastic Products.
This role demands a professional with strong technical sales experience within the Fluid Power market and an exceptional business development profile.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales of Gaskets, Seals, Rubber & Plastic Products within the designated region
* Maintenance and growth of existing customer relationships
* Pursuit of new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking
Remuneration Package:
* Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
* Bonus Structure: Linked to Regional Growth & Company Performance; potential 15% OTE (Commission based on year-on-year sales growth)
