Band 3 Administrative Assistant - Short Term Support Service Berwick and Alnwick teams
We are seeking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join our Short-Term Support Service based in Berwick and Alnwick, Northumberland. This is a fantastic opportunity for skills to be developed and nurtured in a community setting. You will use your administrative skills and join friendly teams based at McDonald House, Berwick and the Community Fire Station, Alnwick.
The successful applicant will provide a comprehensive admin service including:
* Dealing with client referrals into the service
* Maintaining databases and spreadsheets
* Using Swift and other bespoke IT systems
* Other administrative duties for example, answering the telephones, filing, photocopying, adding, and creating client files.
We require a good team player who is enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptable with a high level of communication skills (both written and verbal). If this is you, we want to hear from you!
This position is full time, 37 hours, and fixed term for 12 months. The successful candidate will need to be prepared to work into both sites.
