An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join a well-established small animal veterinary practice, offering excellent benefits and relocation allowance.
As a Head Veterinary Nurse, you will have the chance to mentor and develop the nursing team in key areas, including anaesthesia, surgery, inpatient care, infection control, and nurse consultations.
This is a full-time or part-time role, typically 40 hours over 4 or 5 days, with no weekends or out-of-hours work. They will also consider Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN).
You will be responsible for:
Assisting with clinical coaching and training of student veterinary nurses.
Managing administrative duties related to nursing operations.
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Veterinary Nurse or in a similar role.
Ideally have a clinical coaching qualification.
A passion for animal care.
A team player who values collaboration and communication.
