As the Director of Data & Analytics, you will lead the strategic direction of data management, analytics, and governance across the organisation. You will be responsible for building a data-driven culture, driving innovation through advanced analytics, and ensuring the highest standards of data quality and compliance.

* Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven decision-making in all aspects of the business.
* Insights Delivery: Translate complex data into actionable insights that influence strategy and operations.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a senior data leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of data governance, analytics, and emerging technologies.
* Experience leading and developing diverse teams of data professionals.
* Demonstrable success in driving cultural change towards data-driven decision-making.
* Azure Data Factory
* Microsoft Power Apps
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
