Executive Assistant / Office Manager To Managing Director (Fixed Contract 12 Months), Potential to become Permanent
Minimum 25 hours up to Full Time (37 Hours)
This is an office-based role.
Monday to Friday (Flexible Hours Available But 5 Days A Week Required in the office)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright, proactive, and enthusiastic Executive Assistant who is looking for a change or grow into their career.
Duties will include:
1. Office management tasks, like post, stationary, booking appointments, Email management, managing printing for events, mail, postage, and other office-based work.
2. Providing high-level support to the MD.
3. Proactively managing diaries, arranging meetings, and travel.
4. Providing professional and efficient administrative duties including replying to all Managing Director's emails, answering the telephone, supporting the team with conference and events, and managing tight deadlines in the lead-up to events we hold throughout the year.
We are an Occupational Therapy company, Promoting Independence, who run the largest UK-based adaptation conferences within the industry, OTAC.
We have recently moved into the Barry Offices at The Business Centre from a previous hybrid home working environment and are looking for someone to manage the office (first in office staff member) and manage the MD diary and commitments.
The role is to work within a team as the assistant to the Managing Director, and supporting the team with administration duties.

This role is office-based due to the work required and needs of the business. This is a new position in a new office.

Pay: £14.00 per hour
