We are seeking a confident and ambitious Customer Service Advisor to join our client's manufacturing business in Driffield, England.
As a key member of the team, you will handle a variety of customer requests and assist individuals in placing orders through inbound and outbound calls or email. Your goal is to address enquiries efficiently, effectively, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or web chat, responding promptly and professionally to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
* Assist customers in placing orders, answering questions about products and services, and providing product information as needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
* Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve customer service processes and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications preferred.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
