In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership, oversee care quality, and support the service manager in coordinating staff and resources effectively. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, person-centered care that meets individual needs. Lead, guide, and support staff, ensuring adherence to policies and best practices. Develop care plans and risk assessments with a robust knowledge of CQC standards. Conduct staff supervision, performance reviews, and training needs assessments. Coordinate effective staff rotas and assist with budget monitoring. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care.
