Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management: Oversee the care of up to 70 clients, ensuring their needs are met through personalized care plans.
2. Team Leadership: Manage a team of around 20 support workers, guiding them in providing exceptional care.
3. Community Engagement: Actively participate in community outreach, signing new clients and expanding our services.
4. Administrative Duties: Involve in rostering, maintaining client records, and ensuring compliance with care standards.
5. Sales and Commission: Engage in client sign-ups and earn commission for each new client, enhancing your income potential.
Key Criteria:
1. Must be an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
2. Must have AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia
3. Understanding of Homecare Packages / previous experience in home care
4. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a knack for building relationships.
