This is an exciting time of change in our Housing Service at Stoke-on-Trent City Council and we are seeking a Data Analyst to support our housing performance and compliance function within the Regulatory and Strategic Services Team. This is an important role in ensuring compliance with the new regulatory standards through the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023, and ensuring quality data is maintained and used to inform service improvements to the benefit of all our c.17,500 tenants and leaseholders. Reporting directly to the Compliance Co-ordinator, and supporting our performance lead, the post-holder will be an active support member of our housing team. Ideally with experience of working in a regulated environment, you should have considerable experience in data analysis, statistical techniques and modelling to be able to identify current and future trends, issues, needs and opportunities to improve service delivery. You will work closely across all housing service areas to understand business processes, reporting requirements and issues to ensure that decision makers have access to key data and performance measures.
