Job Description As part of an ongoing project, we are excited to be recruiting for a Workday AMS Analyst to join our Workday implementation transformation programme. Once the implementation is complete the candidate will then move into the AMS team to support and optimize the Workday system, ensuring seamless functionality across Workday Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence modules. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday configurations, troubleshooting, and enhancements, working closely with stakeholders to improve system efficiency and user experience.The role can be mostly remote with a requirement to visit Milton Keynes occasionally. Key responsibilities of the Workday AMS Analyst: Act as a liaison between the core HR, Payroll and IT teams regarding Workday system matters. Analyse, define, and document business requirements for Workday AMS solutions. Provide ongoing support for Workday Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence modules. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to co-workers and greater HR team. Perform system audits and ensure data integrity. Initiate regression testing on Workday’s twice-yearly updates. Review, analyse and configure Workday’s twice-yearly updates to demonstrate to business enhancements. Perform testing for Workday upgrades and new feature implementations. Develop and run complex queries and reports and dashboards to support business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues efficiently. Stay updated on Workday best practices and industry trends. Experience & skills required to be successful as a Workday AMS Analyst : Workday certification preferred. Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Time Tracking, Compensation and Absence modules. Experience of configuration of at least 2 of the above-mentioned modules. Demonstrable experience in Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Experience of creating, editing and loading EIB. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational skills. This role will suit someone who has: 2 years of Workday AMS experience. Prior experience in HRIS or ERP systems. Ability to be flexible and work within a team. Ability to work independently & manage time effectively.
