We are seeking an SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a thriving and inclusive primary SEN school in Skelmersdale. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position, starting in January 2025.
The Role:
Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of SEN needs.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
Encourage positive behaviour and promote social and emotional development.
Work on a 1:1 basis or with small groups to meet individual learning goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential).
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
A genuine passion for helping children thrive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
