· Providing consistent encouragement, patience, and guidance, knowing that small wins add up to big changes.
What We're Looking For: We welcome individuals from all walks of life - career changers, youth mentors, and those with personal or professional experience in supporting young people. If you're resilient, empathetic, and ready to make a lasting impact, this could be the role for you.
You'll Need To:
· Be eligible to live and work in the UK.
· Either hold or be willing to apply for a DBS on the Update Service.
· Be able to provide relevant references.
What's in it for You? This role often starts on a temporary or contract basis, giving you the chance to experience the environment before moving into a permanent position.
