Ward 43 is a 24-bed clinical area, equipped with en-suite facilities in 12 single rooms, designed to offer comfort and privacy for our patients. We care for individuals with a variety of acute respiratory conditions, providing a diverse and rewarding work environment. You'll work closely with our well-established medical team and ward-based multidisciplinary staff to deliver patient-centred care. Main duties of the job As a Health Care Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in: Assisting patients with personal care and daily activities. Monitoring and recording vital signs. Supporting the nursing and medical staff in delivering high standards of care. Ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
