About the role: As our EYFS Teacher, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to lead a classroom of eager young learners, building the foundation of their educational journey. Your role will focus on fostering a nurturing environment that promotes play-based learning, early literacy, and social-emotional development. Working closely with a Teaching Assistant, you’ll guide children through engaging activities designed to inspire creativity and curiosity, with a curriculum that adapts to meet the unique needs of each child. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification. • Experience in an EYFS setting. • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood development. • A passion for supporting young learners and an inclusive teaching approach. • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons that align with the EYFS curriculum. • Provide a safe and stimulating learning environment, both indoors and outdoors. • Encourage positive interactions and support social skills development. • Track and assess each child’s progress, adapting lessons as needed. • Work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and the wider school team to support each child’s growth.
