Job summary We are looking for an experienced and passionate Professional Lead for Occupational Therapy toprovide professional leadership for the Occupational Therapy (OT), Adult Education and Health and Fitness staff within the Forensic and Prison Services of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and enable strategic development of the profession in accordance with national and local NHS guidance. We provide mental health care in secure settings, and the community, for men and women whose needs relate to their mental health, learning disabilities & autism, and risk. Main duties of the job The post holder will be accountable for the professional and clinical performance of OT staff and will perform a representative and advisory role within the Forensic and Prison Service for matters relating to OT.
