7. For Senior Account Managers, advancement is based on sustained excellence in performance and competencies demonstrated over a significant period, typically spanning 12-18 months
Duties:
-Lead projects while guiding and mentoring team members as necessary
- Oversee and refine PPC and paid social campaigns, often with minimal supervision from team leaders or heads of departments
- Manage client interactions, and articulate information coherently and persuasively
- Optimising campaigns based on diverse KPIs, ensuring PPC Accounts yield favourable ROI outcomes and align with crucial business goals
- Handle a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and sizes, while also providing support to your colleagues in doing the same
- Posses an in-depth understanding of clients' offerings and business propositions
- Coordinate, execute, and present client meetings, adeptly resolving minor client issues and exceptions as they arise
- Regular communication with clients, whether the outcomes are favourable or not, is imperative
