Primavera is a 6-bedroom supported living service in Aldershot for young adults with various needs such as, autism, epilepsy and learning disabilities. Our aim is to support our young adults with general life skills and their goals.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be providing support for one lady with learning disabilities and epilepsy overnight.
Based within a house with 5 other service users who may also require some light support. This could involve a little chat or they may need to ask for some help or advice.
Monitoring and completing notes and paperwork.
Light cleaning duties.
Will involve lone working however, there will be other sleep-in staff within the building.
Who you are:
Females only due to service needs.
Can communicate clearly and effectively.
Epilepsy training preferred but not essential.
Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
