At the end of your year as an apprentice, youâll be a fully-fledged Level 6 Customer Service Practitioner.\n\nThe successful candidate will work towards achieving their SCQF 6 in Business and Administration. National 5 in Maths and English.\nIdeally, we are looking for the right candidate to have had at least 18 months' work experience in retail or hospitality, but we can be flexible on this for the right candidate. Key strengths need to include excellent communication, a deep sense of teamwork, the ability to be adaptability and not find this intimidating, and confidence. They would also need to have excellent written and spoken English and a good aptitude for maths.
