Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Reception Services Manager (Front of House Lead) to oversee our front of house operation at the corporate offices of a global investment company in the City. From the friendly welcome to the fond farewell, and everything in between. Our team of 7 takes care of the entire visitor experience, ensuring a friendly greeting and hosting to client suites, along with co ordinating all internal and external operations across the floors. Our new Front of House Lead will work alongside the Operations Manager and our client to find new ways to innovate and exceed guest expectations.
