Delivery Lead
Location: Manchester, Leeds or Staines

Salary: £50k - £66.5k DOE and location + 10% bonus + fantastic benefits
Hours: Full time: 37.5 hours per week

The role:
In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of business change initiatives or workstreams of larger complex business change projects. With the customer experience at the heart of decisions, you will be responsible for delivering defined business benefits and outcomes while closely managing the cost of delivery.
You'll help us make health happen by:
* Leadership of planning, shaping and management of change initiatives or workstreams in line with the identified delivery methodology.
* Create and manage optimised project plans, budgets, critical success factors and key milestones for all workstreams.
* Lead appropriate project and workstream teams, negotiating and influencing with resource managers to ensure they are optimised to achieve the agreed outcomes.
* Encourage effective working relationships with colleagues across Bupa and third parties, motivating them to gain commitment, support and resource to deliver project work.
* Effectively engage and manage vendors, focusing on strong delivery capability and cost efficiency opportunities for the initiative.
* Successfully coordinate the initiative and its dependencies, ensuring clear management and control of scope, budget and quality.
* Agree responsibilities clearly with individual delivery team members.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* Substantial experience in business and IT change.
* Results oriented and focused on adding value to Bupa. Strong commercial acumen and broad business awareness.
* Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills across a wide range of different senior stakeholders.
* Ability to thrive in pressurised environments, with a clear approach to decision making and a tenacious approach to problem solving.
* Demonstrate a tenacious approach to problem solving, constantly striving for effective solutions with the customer at the heart of everything.
* Experienced in risk, resource, and cost/benefit management.
* Experience of multiple business and IT project delivery methodologies (e.g., MSP, Prince2, Agile, SDLC).
