You will be involved in acting for an interesting mix of clients (significant corporates, professional services organisations, SMEs and OMBs) operating across a range of industry sectors including retail, manufacturing, construction & property, transport & logistics, technology and life sciences.
Typical instructions include:
1. Transactions – mergers, acquisitions and disposals
2. Share restructuring and re-organisations
3. Incorporations & Formations
4. Shareholder Agreements
5. Conversions to LLPs, Employee Ownership Trusts
6. Succession Planning
7. Banking & Corporate Finance and Investment Agreements
8. Joint Ventures
9. Partnership Agreements
As well as responsibility for managing your own transactions, you will be involved in supporting lead partners on matters and be asked to support and mentor junior colleagues.
