The Role As an experienced Receptionist you would provide a high standard of front of house support, managing the switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors to the Chichester office in a professional friendly manner, and providing excellent levels of customer care. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure clients and visitors have a seamless journey, delivering a first class experience and working to deadlines and dealing with any challenging client issues. Key tasks will include - Meet and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service - Managing all reception and security procedures, including meeting room bookings and capabilities, presentation and video conferencing equipment, visitor management process and site security arrangements. - Liaising with catering, meeting room technicians, maintenance and IT departments to ensure the smooth provision of services to the meeting rooms and client areas - Printing, copying and scanning as required by meeting room users and clients - Compiling monthly management information for the Office Manager The Candidate The Receptionist role will suit an adaptable, reliable and self-motived individual with experience providing a high standard of front of house support within a fast-paced corporate environment.
