Team Deltek is seeking a Sr. Account Executive who will be reporting to the Replicon Enterprise Market sales leader, this is an individual contributor role empowered to exceed all expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to expand Deltek’s business by selling the Replicon product suite to new customers and supporting existing clients with expansion opportunities.
Accountabilities:
* Prospecting, developing and maintaining exceptional new client relationships into key verticals that include Professional Services, IT Consulting, Management Consulting and Engineering.
* Supporting current enterprise customers in consuming our solutions and expanding their footprint to include new modules and capabilities.
* Working alongside sales development, solution engineering, legal, and product marketing resources as part of your extended team
* Initiating client discussions; leading customer presentations; managing the customer sales cycle
* Concise communication with the client with significant emphasis on listening to and understanding the client, then presenting a clear value message based on their use case.
* Closing deals, forecasting to leadership, and working collaboratively with the solution engineering team.
* Developing and fostering critical business partnerships internally and externally.
* Running a completely client centric sales process solely focused on addressing their needs and issues, negotiating pricing, agreeing to terms, and contracts
* Achieving/exceeding sales goals, fostering a winning mentality
Skills & Requirements:
Market Awareness, Prospecting and Listening:
You will understand our position in the marketplace, relentlessly communicating through your network and prospect through social and physical channels, and tirelessly listen to what the clients and prospects are looking for.
Project Management:
You must have experience closing $500K-5M deals. You need excellent project management skills, unbelievable responsiveness to client demands, and high standards of communication. You must thrive on pressure and deliver your best in tough environments.
Experience
10+ years in selling technology software heavily focused on established net new customers; ERP and Project Management Solution experience preferred. Working knowledge of the verticals is exceptional
