We are thrilled to be working with one of the UK’s largest confidential Police affiliated agencies in searching for a Business Design Analyst to join their Business Design Team!
You will have the opportunity to be fundamental to the delivery of effective change, providing business design services across change initiatives!
Reporting to a Business Design Lead, you will be deployed across a range of change pillar initiatives to provide effective design services, inevitably working towards contributing to the effective and efficient mitigation of threat, risk and harm.
Responsible for delivering design from strategy to execution, across all three levels (conceptual, logical and physical), the Business Design team ensure the development of coherent operating models for the client’s network.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake analysis to assist in the scoping of change activities, identifying and articulating business problems and opportunities to set the direction for the required change.
2. Conduct analysis across the Network to design effective operating model solutions for priority change initiatives within the Change Pillar portfolio.
3. Deliver design from strategy to execution, across all three levels (conceptual, logical and physical), to ensure the development of coherent operating models, working closely with the stakeholder network.
4. Assist the Business Design Lead in the development and maintenance of business design templates aligned to the Business Design Handbook.
5. Represent Business Design at relevant change initiative meetings and boards, providing subject matter expertise.
Your Essential Skills/Experience:
1. MUST have a valid DV Clearance.
2. Good understanding of all levels of design (conceptual, logical and physical).
3. Experience in undertaking business analyst activity using formal methodologies and approaches, including collecting and analysing complex data in order to provide concise and meaningful recommendations.
4. Experience in developing business operating models.
5. Experience in developing design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Good understanding of the change lifecycle and business case development.
7. Experience working with various stakeholders within a large organization including managing expectations and dealing with conflicting requirements and priorities, with the ability to identify and engage stakeholders at all levels (internal and external).
