We encourage new ways of working, driving innovation, whilst always living to our RISE values - Respect Integrity Service Excellence The role: Critical Services Superviso r Reporting to the Data Centre Manager, The Critical Services Supervisor is responsible for the service delivery and management of subcontractor maintenance & extra works at site (MA/EW) Working with the Data Centre Manager, Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plans are in place and scheduled services are delivered to that plan. Work closely with the Operations Supervisor & Shift Managers to ensure Sub-contractor works are scheduled and completed in accordance with documented procedures. Communicate resource availability daily to the Data Centre Manager, Operations Supervisor and CAFM Co-ordinator. Act as the initial point of contact for all subcontractor related tasks and corrective work to the client's service desk team (ASD) and Chief Engineer. Maintain CBRE subcontractor logbook records and permit documentation, ensuring annually all documentation is accurate and complies with CBRE QHSE Contractor procedures. Undertake assurance checks of subcontractor works, confirming work undertaken aligns to the agreed scope of services. On a weekly basis approve the invoicing and billing of subcontractor extra works in collaboration with the Data Centre Manager and Contract Support team. Key responsibilities are as follows: Line Management responsibility of two direct reports Setting of goals and objectives Assignment of Training and Development Plans Performance Management and Succession Planning Audit of self-delivered Planned and Reactive works Management of Subcontractor planned and corrective works. Review of maintenance reports and raising corrective works. Change management responsibility, notifying the client with new or deferred works. Manage Supply Partner performance meetings and Action Tracker. Ensure all SSoW are adhered to for all subcontractor tasks. Undertake CBRE Dynamic Risk Assessment for all in-house tasks. Conduct assurance checks and audits of subcontractor extra works and documentation. Liaise with CAFM Team on PPM scheduling and alignment, assisting with the review and submission of Annual PPM Planners. Liaise with Shift Managers on upkeep of site Logbooks, ensuring statutory compliance records are maintained. Having a good working knowledge of health and safety legislation bringing any non-compliance concerns to the attention of the Datacentre Manager. Liaise positively and professionally with Client representatives, contractors, and customers. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Ensure a professional image of the company is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and always promoted. Carry out any other duties deemed reasonable by the line manager. Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Electrical Qualification - 18th Edition Previous experience as HVAP/Qualifying Supervisor Sound knowledge of Building Services in a Critical Environment Management experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain partners. Demonstrate previous responsibility in managing policies and systems such as H&S, QA, environmental and corporate while complying with current and appropriate legislation and standards. Able to co-ordinate and manage multiple works, end-to-end across a diverse and complex site. Proven track record in the development of positive contractor / client relations and communications. Work within agreed systems and processes and maintain accurate records. Valid H&S qualification is desirable Person Specification: Be someone who remains calm under pressure.
