SF Recruitment is looking for an immediately available Treasury Finance Assistant for a role based in Solihull. This is a temporary assignment office-based 5 days per week.
You must have previous experience with the following responsibilities:
1. Daily analysis and reconciliation of multiple Clients and bank accounts, flagging any unreconciled items
2. Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
3. Uploading weekly/monthly and urgent payment runs into the banking software
4. Supporting the business with customer payments & statement related queries, reconciling customer statements as required
5. DD set-up, sending payment links and facilitating credit card payments
6. Reviewing cash sales/new customer accounts balances on a weekly basis
7. Reviewing credit balances on customer accounts
8. Ensuring bounced DD/credit card payments are allocated to the correct bank account on a weekly basis
9. Managing and maintaining a shared e-mail inbox
10. Producing weekly debtors reports
