Job Description
The role of the Expertise and Innovation Specialist will be to lead our development of data-led digital planning, and will stretch the possibilities of real-time media optimisation across all channels to optimise performance. You will take a critical role in the delivery of fifty-five's strategic planning and thinking, based on deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, and be highly proficient at generating actionable customer insights from analysis of consumers’ digital footprints, with experience of mining search, social, advertising, demographic and on-site data. You will help 55 shape our proposition and service in this emerging field and market it to new and existing clients.
This Media E&I (Expertise and Innovation) Specialist role is responsible for researching the range of adtech solutions in the market and advising in-house teams and clients on the correct strategy for implementing and deploying the ideal configuration, depending on the client’s objectives and requirements. The candidate will be expected to have specialist skills and knowledge in delivering adtech solutions for the efficient deployment of digital campaigns against both branding and performance metrics. The role is part of fifty-five’s Expertise and Innovation division, a team of highly advanced Media Tech experts who have responsibility for propagating best practice in our group, for understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the leading tools in the market, and for shaping fifty-five’s differentiated positioning in a constantly changing adtech environment.
As part of the fifty-five Expertise and Innovation division, you will work with both our media experts and our consulting team, particularly in the context of technological interfacing between ad-centric and site-centric tools

Requirements
* 3-5 years Media Agency/ Media Tech experience
* Hands-on experience with Media adtech around campaign setup, buying and optimisation
* Knowledge and Experience across media platforms, including Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads
* Experience around troubleshooting adtech issues
* Knowledge and experience with website analytics solutions such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
* Interest in problem solving and finding new solutions
* Good understanding of tech & digital industry
* Experience of using SQL/ Python
