The Business Support specialism covers a range of commercial vacancies, from administrators and receptionists to customer service advisors, sales consultants, and senior-level managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
* Strategic business development – B2B sales calls & written sales
* Networking with clients and candidates both virtually and face-to-face
* Using LinkedIn Recruiter to map clients and candidates
* Sourcing and matching candidates to clients, arranging interviews/meetings
* Negotiating and closing deals with clients and candidates
