Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory management, logistics operations, and supplier relationships. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations across multiple regions and brands. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels across all channels and locations, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste. Logistics Coordination: Manage relationships with co-manufacturers, 3PL warehouses, and shipping partners to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of goods. Marketplace Operations: Collaborate with e-commerce teams to streamline supply chain processes for marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and other third-party platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to forecast demand, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement. Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and marketplace standards. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team to support our global operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the e-commerce or consumer goods industry. Expertise in inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier relationship management. Familiarity with third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, including FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in supply chain software and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage operations across multiple regions (USA and UK). Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
