We are looking for a marketing superstar who will make an immediate impact and then progress to be head of the marketing department: Act as the bridge between the product development and marketing teams to drive the 'commercial launch’ phase of new products Become familiar with the technicalities of the products and services to define the form and messaging of any campaigns Deliver day-to-day project management of events, social media, webinars and website Contribute ideas that drive innovation not only for campaigns and marketing but also across the whole business. The ideal Marketing Lead must: be able to support targeted commercial sales / technical sales activities by the creation and delivery of high-quality campaigns to an agreed budget and timescale be able to engage with Board/Senior Managers to drive campaign strategy forward be able to deputise for Marketing Manager after training period be able to support scaled 'commercial product launches’ to deliver impact and interest be Degree or Apprenticeship educated with at least 5 years practical experience with campaigns either business to consumer or business to business have working knowledge of webinars with the ability to develop deep understanding to become the acknowledged company expert have proven creativity using Adobe Creative Suite be able to take briefs across the business, develop a plan and deliver content as agreed This role would suit a qualified marketing professional who has career goals of being the head of department, with proven product launch and campaign experience.
