Our client, a high performing legal firm with multiple offices throughout the UK, is seeking an experience Senior Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior operations professional to join a hugely successful team with demonstrated growth in recent years. The role will straddle operations management and Chief of Staff duties where you will be essentially acting as the middleman between the Equity Partner and the team of 150 employees. The team work on very high-profile enquiries and this role will require an individual who is credible, can hold their own and with extensive stakeholder management across the board. Overseeing programme management, this is a key role working alongside partners and senior leaders in which you will have an immediate impact on productivity via strategic initiatives and communicating objectives. The role includes overseeing daily operations, support on workflow coordination, advising senior stakeholders, gatekeeping, executing improvements and working closely with HR focusing on overall increased efficiency. This will suit an individual who can build relationships easily and can handle the unpredictable nature of the role and who can bring with them a broad skill set and a fluid approach to business needs. The role also includes line management of the ops manager, seeking a background in either legal, professional services or government within a senior operations or Chief of Staff role. The offices are based in the city and they offer a fantastic hybrid offering and working culture.
